So Bollywood filmmakers have dropped yet another remake of an old school 90s classic. I mean if the previous crappy remakes destroying the beauty of old school classics weren’t enough we have a few more to add to the list.
Check out “Tamma Tamma” from Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt’s upcoming romantic comedy “Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya.”
Contrary to popular belief, the seizure inducing flashing lights and dance floor do not make everything better guys, it really doesn’t. This is a terrible remake, who let this get approved?
Why do you fuck with my emotions like this Bollywood? I had such a good feeling about this film because it looked like a cute love story with witty lines. Now this is that extra slutty a hot mess trying too hard at the club to get noticed.
The remake of “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast” is slightly better. The directorial duo (and brothers) Abbas and Mastan are launching one of their sons—I can’t remember which one of them it is—in the upcoming film “Machine.” They remade the Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon classic for the film and though I don’t love it, I don’t hate it as much as “Tamma Tamma.”
Kiara Advani looks pretty hot and the video isn’t terrible, not sure how I feel about newbie Mustafa as of yet.
Can we just acknowledge the high level of nepotism in this post right now…
3/4 actors in these videos come from filmy families that have built an empire in the industry. Obviously these filmy family kids have their own struggles but it’s funny when people refuse to acknowledge the clear lack of non-film family stars in the industry.
